This Saturday, November 23rd, our A team the Canny Belters will be taking on Sheffield Steel Roller Girls! The teams last faced each other way back in November 2011 at our home game Thwack To The Future when SSRG took the win 148-96. Over two years later and with big changes to rosters, we are currently ranked number 26 in Europe – just one space below the mighty Sheffield! This should be one VERY close exciting game, and the perfect event to finish our 2013 bouting calendar!

After the girls battle it out on track our Geordie brothers Tyne & Fear Roller Derby will be playing against the recently formed Power of Scotland, the official Scottish men’s roller derby team. Advance tickets are only £6 for what promises to be two fantastic games – get yours (very soon!) at the bottom of this post.
